I’m happy to write a far more positive review for YES. The battery issue was successfully resolved remotely and YES did send out a technician who identified the issue and relayed it back to Enphase. This happened back in June 2026.
Now, I’ll go with YES again to expand my battery coverage and add a EV charger. Nic Short who handled all my questions and produced excellent summaries and options for my system is excellent. His emails are clear, informative, and prompt. I’m moving forward knowing what to expect in terms of costs and savings.
INITIAL REVIEW – ONE STAR.
Your Energy Solutions expanded my solar system and added two Enphase batteries. I wish my review could be more positive but the follow up on a malfunctioning battery has been extremely poor. Both Y.E.S. and Enphase have not followed through on correcting the issue and I’ve been going back and forth with them both for nearly two months now. I thought, at one point, a technician from Y.E.S. would come to the house to fix the issue because all remote fixes are simply not working. If fact, we had a hard date on the calendar but they cancelled. Trying to reschedule has been frustrating and practically impossible. They stopped reply to emails. I do not think a customer should be sidelined like this by any company. If you’re going solar/battery be very careful of the company you choose and be sure they will follow up in a timely manner with any fixes as needed.
Please see Paul Natsev’s review below (edited four weeks ago). His experience is exactly what I am experiencing now. The company promises to help but doesn’t follow through. There are too many one and two star Google reviews for Y.E.S. all saying the same thing about customer service. Beware of this company! Enphase needs to choose better companies to sponsor their products and Enphase needs to do a better job as well with following through.
There has got to be better companies than this. I cannot have Y.E.S. do any additional work on my system simply because I can’t trust them to respond and address/correct any problems.
From the beginning, the experience was excellent. Juan, the AC Technician Supervisor, arrived with Eric, explained the service, and thoroughly inspected the system. I ask a lot of questions, and Juan was incredibly patient and professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly.
After about 20-30 minutes of troubleshooting, they found the issue. My 16-year-old AC unit only needed a few minor parts replaced, no unnecessary upselling or pressure to replace the entire system.
That honesty and professionalism are exactly why I highly recommend Your Energy Solutions. Great company, great employees, and great service!
